Omega Performance Engine — Installation Guide

Omega Performance Engine is designed for fast, safe deployment on production WordPress sites. Installation takes less than one minute and requires no configuration to begin improving performance.
2. Installation
2.1 Download the Plugin
Download the ZIP file from your Omega Web Apps purchase receipt or customer dashboard.
2.2 Upload via WordPress Admin
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Select the ZIP file.
- Click Install Now.
- Click Activate.
The engine begins optimizing output immediately after activation.
2.3 No Additional Setup Required
The default mode is safe for all themes, builders, and WooCommerce stores. You may enable Aggressive Mode later from the settings page.
2.4 Accessing the Engine Dashboard
After activation, navigate to:
WordPress Admin → Omega Performance Engine
2.5 Recommended Pre‑Checks
- Ensure your caching plugin is not performing duplicate optimizations.
- Clear all caches (plugin, server, CDN) after activation.
- Test key pages such as home, product, and checkout.
2.6 System Requirements
- WordPress: 6.x
- PHP: 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2
- Memory: 128MB+ recommended
- Server: Apache, NGINX, LiteSpeed
- Multisite: Supported
