Installation

WordPress 6.0+; PHP 7.4+.

  1. Back up the WordPress site and database.
  2. In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
  3. Select the purchased commercial ZIP and install it.
  4. Activate the Omega plugin.
  5. Open the Omega dashboard in wp-admin.
  6. Review status/settings before running scans or changes.
  7. Test the frontend after any optimisation or hardening changes.
Important: Always keep an independent hosting/database backup before installing or applying changes to a production site.
