Install Omega SEO Engine

• Create a current backup appropriate to the site before installing or making production changes.
• WordPress 6.0+.
• PHP 7.4+.

1. Back up the WordPress files/database.
2. Upload the commercial plugin ZIP through Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin, or install it using an equivalent trusted administrator workflow.
3. Activate the plugin while logged in with an administrator account that has the required capability.
4. Open the Omega product dashboard in wp-admin and review Status/Settings before enabling higher-impact controls.
5. Complete the product-specific setup workflow and test representative frontend/admin functions.

• Review detected SEO plugins and choose the frontend policy before enabling output.
• Use Auto-safe when another SEO plugin should remain authoritative.
• Check representative posts/pages for title, description, canonical, robots, Open Graph, Twitter and schema output.
• Configure image SEO overwrite behavior conservatively so existing alt/caption/description data is preserved unless deliberately replaced.

Do not treat installation as proof of compatibility

SEO metadata does not guarantee search rankings, indexing or traffic. Third-party SEO plugins/themes may output overlapping metadata if Force-style configurations are used intentionally. Search engines may rewrite titles/snippets or choose alternate canonical interpretations.
